Rebecca Miller, OD was born and raised in the Midwest. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Purdue University where she studied biology and was awarded the Howard Hughes Research Grant and an internship working on ophthalmic drug development. She went on to attend InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico where she learned Spanish and enjoyed mission work while completing her training. She was recognized for her research work and won, ‘Best Thesis’ and graduated with honors and a doctorate in Optometry. She is currently a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist and a certified Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
Dr. Miller’s clinical interests are helping patients understand their eye health and options to improve their vision with LASIK, PRK, SMILE, ICL and Cataract Surgery. She enjoys creating a customized approach to Ocular Surface Disease Management which can involve advanced treatments such as Lipiflow, Autologous Serum Drops, Amniotic Membranes and BlephEx.
Dr. Miller enjoys time with her husband and son, cheering on the Purdue Boilermakers and serving in the community.
