Data Compilation to Determine the Reliability of An Automated Refraction Device - ENROLLMENT COMPLETED - STUDY CLOSED

If you have been diagnosed with cataracts in at least one of your eyes, you may qualify for a clinical study that is investigating automated refraction technology.

This study involves evaluating automated refraction measurements captured before and after cataract surgery against manual refraction measurments.

This might be a good fit for you if:

1.     You are at least 22 years of age

2.     Have been diagnosed with a cataract in one eye

3.     Qualify to have a monofocal IOL implanted in one eye

4.     Have not had any previous eye surgeries

5.     Be willing to comply with the follow-up visits

A formal consent process and ocular screening are required before decisions can be made about your enrollment and willingness to be involved with this study. If you have already had a complete evaluation at our clinic, our study department can review your chart before you come in.

If you are interested in more information, please contact The Study Department for details and to see if you qualify at (713) 626-5544.
