Directions

Exiting I-610 W Loop Fwy:

1. Exit Westheimer and head East on Westheimer.
2. Turn Right on Weslayan (3^rd Stoplight after Central Market).

There are 2 entrances into our covered parking garage.

1. Turn Right onto Essex Lane, entrance to the garage is on the right before the Gael Apartments but after the bank. Signage says “Visitors and Deliveries”.
2. After turning onto Weslayan and immediately passing the Central Market parking lot there is an entrance into the garage on the right hand side. This is before you approach Essex Lane.

Exiting I-69 Southwest Fwy:

1. Exit Weslayan and head North on Weslayan.
2. Turn Left on Essex Lane (after the 2^nd stoplight). If you reach Westheimer you have gone too far.
3. Entrance to the garage is on the right before the Gael Apartments but after the bank. Signage says “Visitors and Deliveries”.

*Dr. Slade performs Cataract Surgery, Implantable Contact lens (ICL) surgery, Pterygium Removal, Lamellar Keratectomy, and any other corneal procedure outside of refractive surgery at Summit.

*Refractive procedures like LASIK are performed at our laser center located within our office at the MAIN location above on Essex Lane.
